"our family...feeding your family"

Flour

Flour softened a bit this week but levels remain consistently higher than pricing a year ago.  New pricing is due out in two weeks...experts do not expect any changes.

CHEESE

The cheese market has been trading at lower levels over the past few months but remains $0.30 per pound higher than the previous year.  We look for cheese to spike in the coming weeks for the coming Holidays.

COMMODITY SOYBEAN OIL

Soybean oil is trading firm in price.  Experts agree the patterns are closley asscoaited to that of oil pricing.   Therefore experts do not see any relief in the coming months.

SUGAR MARKETS

Sugar is tight in supply but futures indicate lower market trading in the coming weeks.  Pricing is firm but we are hopeful the news of the futures will soften the price.

Disclaimer:  This web page contains our opinion on directions of markets based on our knowledge of the markets and information received from commodity manufacturers.  It is intended only to be informational and helpful to our customers.

 CANNED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Fruits and vegetable supply remain tight in supply and firm in price.  Price increase are expected in the coming year on Pineapple, Green Beans and Corn.  High demand and limited supply is causing the pricing to remain firm.  No decreases are expected in the coming months.

Our fresh greens come directly from the fields of California.  This enables us to offer you the freshest product below market pricing.  Give us a call to find out just how fresh our greens really are...
