COMMODITY MARKET UPDATE
CHEESE
The cheese market decrased in price over the last few weeks of 2009. Since then, the market has flattened and its steadily rising back up toward the $2.00 mark. Keep your eye on the market, it cvoudl very easily jump passed the $2.00 mark.
COMMODITY SOYBEAN OIL
The soybean market has been steady in price and in demand. We look for the price to remain constant, especialyl with the recent decarse on US Oil prices.
SUGAR MARKETS
It appears the sugar market has finally slowed down. Domino Foods announced that the latest price increase is being rescinded to the last price list from November. This means sugar is holding tight right where it is.
